Gma Funeral

On October 14th, my Grandma Miller returned to live with Heavenly Father. While she will be missed here we are glad that she is not hurting anymore. Roger, Kassidy and I were able to travel to Idaho with my brother Travvis and his family. We borrowed my Dad's van and carpooled. It was a long drive, but fun to have people to share it with and to see all the family that was able to attend Gma's funeral.

Roger works for Texas Department of Transportation and thus gets to see some fun stuff on-line, at peoples homes, or just on the side of the road.

Halloween

I will probably be jumping around on date wise, but will try and get the blog updated.

We will start with Halloween, fun trick-or-treating with Kassidy as a cat, and Zack as himself. And our pumpkin carving. Thank you Roger for helping the kids and getting this done.

Kassidy loves to talk on the phone. She will pick up the phone and just jabber on and on. The other day we were over at Roger's parents house and his Mom was on the phone talking to his sister. Kassidy climbed up on the chair beside her and we asked if she was going to talk to Aunt Christine. She put her hand up to her ear and started talking like she was on the phone.

Easter

We have had a lot of fun this year and have enjoyed going to two Easter egg hunts outside of our own family hunt.

Kassidy and I started it out going to an Easter egg hunt at one of our friends house. They were having a party for the Pre-K kids in Lefors and invited their siblings to come also. Kassidy and I were invited as friends. They had the egg hunt and then the Easter Bunny showed up, and then we have a BBQ. It was a lot of fun, and Kassidy could not get enough of the Easter Bunny. She kept climbing up on the swing next to it, and kept giving the Bunny hugs.

We also had our Easter egg Hunt at home, and then we went to the park in Lefors and had an Easter Egg Hunt that the Fire dept sponsored. They also gave rides on the fire truck to all the kids that were interested. Kassidy and I took a ride. (no pictures as Roger and I were both on the ride)
