Birthday Cake

I have such a wonderful husband. We got so busy around my Birthday with the storm and trying to work schedules, that we were not able to do cake. The other night Roger made me a cake and was trying to hurry so that we could have it that night, so he could not wait for it to cool before putting the icing on it. I was feeding Kassidy and he came in to the room singing and had the cake and two forks. He did a wonderful job. I appreciate all that he does.

This was soo cute. We laid Kassidy down on the floor and Zack was talking to her until the All Star game came on. They were listing the different players. Some of them Zack would repeat their name, or say something about them. Then Kassidy would coo, or add her words. It was a lot of fun to watch.

Snow

Yep, snow in Texas. It sounds like a lot of people have been getting snow. Just thought we would share a few of the pictures from around Roger's Parents house. We have had 4 snow storms in the space of a week and half. Total snow accumulation is 16 inches. 10 came in the first snow storm. We ended up staying at Roger's Parents house for 3 days as we could not get home. It took us almost 2 hours to get to their house during the first storm. (Roger had to open at work the next day, so we headed into town to be on the safe side.) School was canceled for two days for Zack and then they had late start a couple of the other days.
