Just a note

I know looking at our blog it is mostly Kassidy. It is hard with the boys gone and Zack at school, it seems like all the pictures I have are of her. I will try to be better and make it more rounded while the boys are here, and take more pictures. Until then, thanks for visit and letting us share glimpses into our lives.

Right or Wrong Way

Kassidy is forever "correcting" the way that we put her pacifier in. As you can see this is the way that she prefers to have it, and will push the handle up, or pull the pacifier in and out until she can get it this way.

Tristan's un-birthday

Tristan asked for a birthday party before he went home this year. His birthday is Sept 1, and so he is never here for us to celebrate with him. Here are a few pictures from our celebration. We had Cheese Hotdog's, bar-b-que chips, grapes, cherries, and rootbeer.






His cake was lemon with lemon and chocolate stripes. and Happy B-Day Tristan in M&M's.

Dallas/Wylie

This past weekend I was able to go to Wylie to visit my parents and to make my yearly visit to the Heart Doctor. It was wonderful to see my parents and to see friends that we miss dearly. It was a hard visit also as Roger and Tristan were not able to come with us. (Carson had already gone home, but was missed also) Zack came as my helper with Kassidy in the car. He was wonderful and has grown up soo much.

Update for those that have followed. We have been staying with my Heart doctor in Dallas as he was willing to just visit each year and keep going with the meds. Unfortunately after our visit to the ER a few weeks ago, he has changed his mind and feels like we need to discuss surgery, as the meds may not be working.

CRAPPY.... UGH!!!! I don't know what else to say. I do not like surgery. And to know that it is around my heart. UGH!!!! that is even worse. Needless to say there will be a lot of prayers before a decision is reached.
